If you choose to work with us after the initial consultation and design process, there will not be consultation and design fees. In the event that you choose to not work with us after the consultation and design process, there will be consultation and design fees.
We are CIDB G7 certified ID contractor which able to provide 1 stop solution to all project from small skill residential to large commercial project to your satisfaction.
Yes, if we are appointed as a Main-con for the project, we are able to coordinate with the said contractor as NSC (nominated sub contractor) without any fee charging.
